1. You must have a Heavy Metal / Hard Rock Site to join.
2. Banners are not permitted. This is to help keep the list loading fast & get away from dead image on the list.
3. You must place a text or banner link to the list on your site, or your site will be removed.
4. You won't receive votes unless you post the code on your site.
5. The more pages you display the code on, The more votes you'll recieve & the higher your site will rank.
6. You do not have to upload the list graphics to your own server, they are hosted by Ultimate Topsites.
7. You may create you own vote graphic to fit the look & feel of your site.
8. You must replace the question marks (??) in the vote code with your site ID number.
9. You will receive your site ID number in your e-mail after you join.
10. Your site will not show up on the list until you receive your first vote.
11. Yes, This is a totally free service!
12. Due to cheaters, The list will now reset the first of every month.
