4. Banners & Links "MUST" be working. Any site found NOT working will be removed. Site will have to rejoin. This is NOT a punishment, but must be done to give our visitors the BEST sites we have. And if yours isn't working, It makes everyone here look bad, & it just takes up space that a working site could have instead.
