If you want a banner listed, make sure direct-linking works. Geocities, Tripod, Angelfire, etc do not allow this and will result in your banner being deleted.
List will reset tri-monthly. Awards will be given to the top game of the season. They will be split in the following manner:

1 VOTE PER ISP PER 24 HOURS! If you vote more than once within 24 hours, votes will be deleted. So, should your game suddenly disappear from the topsite, people are voting too often and you're in the negative. I'll do my best to try and set negative sites to 0 when I catch it.
Sites with 0 votes at list re-set will be removed from the topsite. I'm assuming your game is either closed or not linked to this topsite.
