xx The Rules xx

1. All sites can join this topsite, but NO hentai/porno/eichii sites please. And NO commercial site. This topsite is for non-commercial sites.
2. Don't forget to put the code in your site. The CODE must be in your splash page or main page. Don't put it under a pop-up window or under your links out. If I don't see the topsite code in your splash page or main page, then your site will be deleted in the topsite.
3. Do not remove the code if your under hiatus.
4. Do not hide the code. Put it in a visible place.
5. Do not put the code under a MARQUEE CODE.
6. Make sure that your button can be direct link. Go to Photobucket to upload your buttons/banners there. They allow direct linking.
7. If your button occurs an error. I will surely delete your site here. You can apply again though.

Hello! It's been a long time since the last time I update this topsite ^^. Well today, I just check all the sites in the topsite, and I notice almost all of the sites has banner errors. And some of them move their site to a new host without editing their site information here. So all those sites have been removed from the topsite. To those I deleted, you can join again but remember to READ THE RULES first before you sign-up ok.

Hello everyone! It's been a long time since I update this top site ^^; I would like to announce that starting tomorrow (october 18) I will check all sites that are in this topsites. So, if anyone failed to comply with the rules above, surely you will be remove from the topsite, without prior notice. But you can apply again though ^^; Oh yes, I modify the rules above.
