How do I become a member?

How can I get votes?
After you sign up, you will be sent a code to add to your site to start getting votes! That's how you move up the ladder, so if you don't place a return link at your site, you can't get any votes.
When will my site appear on the list?
Only sites receiving at least one vote will appear. So, it's important that you place the LINK BACK TO US as soon as you submit your site, and click it once to ensure that it's working. You can also click on "Members Edit" to get your voting code. The list is updated every 15min., but basically, you're added as soon as you submit your site. Check back after 1 hour and if it's not there, send us an e-mail.
How often can people vote?
Visitors can vote up to three times per day. This is to prevent anyone from falsely running up your vote count by repeatedly clicking your link in and out of the Top List. No matter how many times your link is clicked, individual IPs are only counted three times in any 24 hour period.
